Production Homestretch!

Hi guys!
Just talked a bit with my manufacturer and he let me know that pins are finishing up soon! A few designs are completely finished and being quality checked by the factory. (The ones flipped towards the camera are defective).
The rest of the designs will be finishing up in the next week or so. I'll provide more photos at that time. Rewards are still scheduled to be shipped out in April 👏

Hey guys! I have another production update since a lot of you like to see the process of pins being manufactured. They are currently in the enamel fill stage. As you will see in the photos, the colored enamel is overfilled. This is completely normal as the pins will be sanded flat and smooth before they are plated.

Just a quick update showing some progress photos. The pins are now going into the enamel fill stage at this time.
Photo of the mold (Design is mirrored so the pin is the correct orientation when casted)
"Bluebird" and "Blackbird" mold
"Crow" Embryo. This is the pin "blank" and will be filled with enamel before polishing and plating.
"Woodpecker" Embryo. The small nub of metal at the bottom is for correct orientation when screenprinting and will be filed off before product is finished.
"Duck" Embryo

Stickers and production update!

A small update to let you know stickers arrived and they look great!
I've spent the day organizing them into packs so they are ready to go once fulfillment begins.
As for the pins, the factory has officially returned from their holiday so the pins can continue production. My rep let me know they are almost completed with the embryo stage (aka making the metal blanks). I will update again once they are in the enamel filling stage.

Hi guys!
Patches have been finished! 💃 They were shipped out to me this morning so I should have them in hand next week. I'll post better photos at that time.
The stickers have also been finished and should be shipped out soon!
As far as the pins we did have a small delay. The factory worker who sets up the files for mold engraving has been out due to a family emergency. Although it took longer than normal, the proofs have been completed and approved so production has finally begun on these. As always if their are any issues or further delays I'll keep you guys posted!
